Born in August 1970 in Tokushima Prefecture, Japan.

After graduating from Waseda University's Department of Literature, Faculty of Letters, she joined a major publishing company. Involved in weekly magazine editing, general affairs, DVD package direction, and book production progress management.

When she was in charge of the theater page when she was an editor for a weekly magazine, she discovered the charm of small theater plays, and was not satisfied with just watching them, so she began learning acting. Soon after, she became the performer.

While working at a company, she has been training mainly in method acting such as the Stanislavski System, Meisner, and Ivana Chubbuck for many years with the aim of becoming a movie actress, and has been working as an actress since 2023.
